You may request a return or exchange if:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The product is unused, in original condition, and with original packaging
The request is made within 3 days of receiving the order
Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible for return or refund.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
Products purchased during clearance or sale (unless defective)
Change-of-mind returns (size, color preference, or style choice)
To initiate a return or exchange:
Contact our customer support within 3 days of delivery
Share your order number and clear images/videos of the issue
Once approved, we will guide you through the return process
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Approved refunds will be processed after product inspection
Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be issued via bank transfer or store credit
Refunds for Online Payments will be returned to the original payment method
Processing time may take 7–10 working days
We offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered instead.
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), return shipping will be covered by Jahan Collection
For other approved returns, shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer
